Dr. Eugenia Henry is the founder and President of H2O Clinical, LLC (dba Firma Clinical Research), a company that performs data management and statistics for clinical trials. Dr. Henry has worked in the health industry for more than 30 years. Under her direction, her company submitted 52 New Drug Applications or equivalents on behalf of her pharmaceutical company clients. 49 of these have been approved by regulatory agencies, including FDA, EMA and CFDA. With her direct involvement in these approved drugs, millions of patients have benefited, and their quality of life has been improved.

Dr. Henry received her Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She also received a master’s degree in Statistics from University of Arkansas and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from Soochow University, Taipei, Taiwan.

She received Taiwan’s overseas Bedrock Entrepreneur Award 2017 for small and medium enterprises. She also received the Huaguan Award from the Global Federation of Chinese Business Women Association (GFCBW) in 2016. She founded the Baltimore Chapter of GFCBW to donate many businesswomen’s strength to the women’s community there. She has contributed her resources to help in education and fundraising for disaster relief.
